Rosie was called to the Bar in 2002 by Lincoln’s Inn and practised on a self-employed basis in London and the South East until moving in-house in 2005.
She iscommitted to a high standard of client care in the preparation of cases whilst her main role remains as an advocate in both the Magistrates and Crown Courts.
Rosie finds her knowledge of the local area and courts invaluable in providing the best representation possible for clients. This is demonstrated by the client base she has developed in the last 3 years.
She has experience in a broad range of cases in the Magistrates Court
, including regular appearances in the Youth Court and defending applications for Anti Social Behaviour Orders by both the police and local authorities. She also undertakes private client work, in particular road traffic offences and domestic violence. Rosie appears on a regular basis in the Crown Court, instructed in cases ranging from theft and fraud to drugs and sexual offences, as well as appeals against conviction and sentence.
Rosie is also a member of the Criminal Bar Association.
