R v Bellchambers and Others

In what the Prosecution deemed "the largest global Conspiracy to Defraud ever uncovered on Ebay", Carl Woolf, Solicitor Advocate and Senior Partner at Meldrum Solicitors LLP, who represented one of the defendants at trial, secured the only acquittal in a trial lasting nearly 4 months.

The 8 other defendants will be sentenced in March 2010.
